Our Ministry is called New Vision Rehoboth Ministries and Our Church- Rehoboth Family Church.
Our Passion and desire is to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the unreached, needy souls and to plant churches in order to equip the believers in the Word of God.
Our purpose /vision is to preach the gospel according to Colossians 1:28(NLT) “So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us. We want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ.” And also to be “Fishers of men” & to “ Feed His sheep” a calling quite similar to that of Apostle Peter’s as recorded in Luke 5:10 & John 21:15 respectively .
In line with the Vision of this ministry God has graciously enabled us to establish churches in Kancheepuram, Chengalpet, Cheyyar – Tiruvannamalai district and in Jawadhu hills.
In 2003, The Church in Javadh Hills was established with a passion to pursue mission’s work amongst the tribal community.
Jawadhu hills is located in Tiruvannamalai district about 120 kms from Kancheepuram, there are about 300 villages in these Jawadhu hills.
We were able to minister to the tribal people, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and the message of Hope through the mission work started here at Pataraikadu, one of the villages in Javadh hills.
Many young women living are victims of some evil practices and beliefs that are still followed here – like child marriage, abortions etc, young girls either become mothers at a very early age or they are widowed by their aged husbands and become single mothers, these women have also been denied basic education rights because of their primitive culture.
We are able to share the love of Jesus with them and also have been able to establish a tailoring school here at Pataraikadu for these young women so that they are able to get some hands on training in tailoring and thereby can re-discover their dreams and look forward to a better tomorrow. At this training school, they are specifically trained in stitching & embroidery skills thereby enabling them to find a new meaning and purpose for their lives.
After providing them with a short-term training of 6 months completely free of cost. they are also awarded certificates along with a sewing machine so that they can earn a living to support themselves and their families with the use of their newfound skills.
In addition to this during the year 2020 amidst the lockdown…. God gave me a burden & vision to reach out to the UPG (Unreachable People Groups). There are over 2000 such groups spread across India and many such UPG’s are located in Coimbatore and Erode. We were able to identify one such group in Sathyamangalam, close to Erode and have started ministering the Gospel to them.
We focus on preaching balanced biblical truth to the believers and also emphasise on the importance of the Second coming of Christ through our teaching. We have also been able to support missionaries in Bihar and Assam and other ministries with the help of our members and partners like Bro. Prabhakar, who has been very supportive in the mission’s ministry & Pas. Edwin of the Full Gospel Tamil Church in Dubai, who helped support the construction of our Church in Javadh Hills.
New Vision Rehoboth Ministries continues to spread the Gospel of Jesus to the unreached souls in India and passionately shares the unconditional love of Jesus through means of gospel meetings, crusades, village ministries, relief efforts, mission trips etc.

Our Pastor
Pastor. Frederick Gunaseelan, of New Vision Rehoboth Ministries is a Visionary passionate about taking the gospel to the unreached and adding souls into God’s Kingdom. His story begins way back in the 90’s, when he used to work as an automobile engineer at his father’s garage located on Mount Road, Chennai.
Growing up he always dreamed of becoming a race car driver, so at the age of 16 he took up the opportunity of helping his dad at his garage as it was his best shot at getting acquainted with cars. He also pursued a career in automobile engineering. In 1991, He was married to Pamela Rachel and they are blessed with two beautiful daughters Sharon and Sherlene.
In 1993, all his dreams of ever becoming a racer started to collapse as he found himself burdened with financial constraint. On 3rd of June 1993, he just happened to attend one of Bro. Augustine Jebakumar’s crusades, during the meetings, was deeply touched by God’s Presence and his life was transformed, not only was he saved by Grace but also got called into God’s ministry.
After his encounter with God, he was trained and mentored under the leadership of Pas.Rabindranath, at Royapettah, Chennai for 4 years.
In the year 1997 God called him for full time ministry, he was clearly instructed by the Holy Spirit to move to Kancheepuram. Heeding to God’s call He went to Kancheepuram leaving behind his automobile workshop & his dreams of a lifetime .
At Kancheepuram, he started working with a small youth group and started to minister in villages… In 1998, he organised a gospel meeting , following which he was able to gather a few young believers who were longing for God in their lives and this led to the birth of ‘Rehoboth Family Church’ on the 24th of October, 1998.
From there on it’s been no turning back for“ He who called is faithful”
